Privacy Policy

WFL Calculator (wflcalculator.com) is a free trade-value calculator for Roblox games. You can use all of it without an account, and most of what it remembers about you stays in your own browser. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What stays in your browser

Your watchlist, inventory, saved scenarios, price alerts, and votes on trades you haven't signed in for are stored in your browser's local storage. They never reach our servers, and clearing your browser data deletes them. We also use session storage to count each trade page view only once per visit.

Information we collect

Shared trades. When you share a trade, we store the items and quantities, their values at that moment, and a short link code. Shared trades are anonymous: we don't record who created them. Anyone with the link can see a shared trade, and shared trades can appear in the public community feed with a view count.

Accounts (optional). If you sign in with Google or Discord, we receive and store:

• an account identifier from the provider,
• your display name and profile picture,
• your email address (Google only; we don't request email from Discord).

We use these to keep you signed in and to make sure each account votes once per trade. Your votes on shared trades are stored with your account; the public only sees the totals.

Server logs. Like any website, our hosting records requests: IP address, browser user agent, the page requested, and when. We use these logs only to run and secure the site. They are kept for a limited time (about 30 days).

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The calculator keeps working without them, but you won't be able to stay signed in.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and features people use. Google receives information such as pages viewed, approximate location (derived from your IP address, which Google Analytics does not store), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. See how Google uses this information. To opt out, use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Advertising

The site is supported by ads from a third-party advertising network. Ads appear on the main pages, not inside the embeddable widget or the admin area. The network may use cookies, device identifiers, and your IP address to show ads, limit how often you see them, measure performance, and possibly personalize them. Their use of that information is governed by their own privacy policy, not this one.

Service providers

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with services that run the site for us:

• Google Firebase and Google Cloud (United States): hosting, database, sign-in, and server logs.
• Google Analytics: usage statistics, as described above.
• Discord: only if you choose to sign in with Discord.
• Our advertising partner: as described above.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep information

• Account details and votes: until you ask us to delete your account.
• Shared trades: kept indefinitely so shared links keep working. They contain no personal information.
• Server logs: about 30 days.
• Analytics data: no longer than our Google Analytics data-retention setting (at most 14 months).

Children

WFL Calculator is a general-audience site about Roblox games and works fully without an account. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has signed in and given us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can sign out at any time, clear your browser storage, block cookies, and opt out of Google Analytics. Depending on where you live (for example, in the EU, the UK, or California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain uses of it. To make a request, email [email protected] from the address on your account, or include your Discord username. We'll respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be announced in the changelog.
